Unable to Make Payment? Why

Hey Kuku Courses, does not accept payment directly from some countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc.

What is the solution?

We manually accept payment, below are two methods to pay:-

After payment, within 24 hours we will activate the plan because manual payments require our tech team to manually activate the account and this takes time.

So within 24 hours we will activate your account and send you an email notification letting you know that your account is activated.

Why do you not accept payments from some countries directly?

Nice question. Some countries have their own rules. India’s central government does not allow to accept payments in dollars (accepted in their country “rupees”) so being world wide brand we can only accept in “Dollars”.

So for such reasons, our payment gateway does not accept directly from our website and thus some country citizen has to pay us manually.

Like for example, for Indian customers we charge in Rupees only as per their country’s rules and regulations.

We respect rules and follow as per countries’ rules 🙂
